For post-warranty orders to be processed, it is mandatory that the scanner must be under current warranty at least 1-week prior to processing the Order. If the scanner is currently not covered under any warranty, an on-site inspection by a service technician is required to undergo a health check prior to taking up warranty. This will be billed under time & materials. The scanner must be in good working condition to be covered under post-warranty.
